• Verify recording status on NVR/DVR
• Confirm date & time synchronization
• Check monitor display and video clarity

• Verify alarm via CCTV before escalation
• Log true alarm vs false alarm

• Retrieve footage for:
• Incidents
• Safety violations
• Management requests
• Export clips with:
• Correct time stamp
• Camera ID
• Maintain chain of custody

• Guide guards via radio / phone

• Support emergency evacuation or lockdown
• Monitor post-incident situation
