The recommended humidity range for data centers is 40% to 60% relative humidity (RH). This range helps to prevent condensation and electrostatic discharge.
There are a number of ways to control humidity in data centers, including:

Humidifiers: Humidifiers can be used to add moisture to the air in specific areas of the data center.
Seal air leaks: Air leaks can allow humid air to enter the data center. Seal all air leaks to prevent this from happening.
Maintain air conditioning systems: Make sure that the air conditioning systems are properly maintained and that they are operating efficiently.
Use dehumidifiers and humidifiers as needed: Use dehumidifiers and humidifiers as needed to maintain the proper humidity levels in specific areas of the data center.
