Difference between IPv4 and IPv6
IPv4 addresses are 32-bit long i.e it includes 4 octets and each octet or field is 8-bit in size.
IPv6 addresses are 128 bits long i.e it contains 8 fields or octets and each octet is 16-bit in size.
